Copper Creek was the first of extensive development along Boehne Camp Road on Evansville’s west side.

While being mindful of creating a sense of community and a place residents would look forward to coming home. Design for a community such as this had to work well with the existing topographic site conditions. Evansville’s west side consists of extensive grade changes in land. Morley focused on executing cost-effective and functional design to deliver a beautiful end product.

Two and three-story buildings naturally tier with topographic land changes and create walk-out scenarios and beautiful views. Each building employs unique architectural techniques, innovative and non-existent elsewhere in Evansville.
