Known for revitalizing community-centered shopping centers, our client acquired the largest shopping center at 202,250 square feet in the Campbellsville Kentucky area. Anchored by a national grocer and a couple of national anchor stores the center needed updating to meet the current needs of the community with a more diverse set of specialty tenants, restaurants, and a variety of local and national options.
Morley was brought in to evaluate the center and determine the best way to create a new image allowing for more tenant identity and fitting the needs of a more robust tenant selection. With renovations to large sections of the façade and reworking existing roofs, Morley turned a monolithic center into a series walkable blocks allowing for individual tenants to occupy and brand space and identify with the block vs. one small sign lost in a continuous ribbon. With increased visibility and identity, the center was able to bring new businesses to the area and better serve the community.
