Tell City, IN

Located in Tell City, Indiana, but not adjacent to the new large super big box locations, Lincoln Center needed a refresh to attract new national and local tenants to it versus the superstore adjacent spaces further out of town.

While evaluating the original early mid-century 59,000 SF center, we worked with the owner’s tenant plans to develop a proposal that would re-brand the dated center into a new desirable location that would once again attract national and regional tenants including Dollar General, Gordmans, and Shoe Sensation, all while maintaining the ability of the existing local businesses to function and eventually thrive with the new branding and tenants bringing a larger and wider diversity of clients.  To do so, we developed a low impact / high reward plan of updating sign bands and building massing to create an attractive location for businesses to thrive.
